DQ was born out of the remnants of a disused department store stock warehouse  and has grown from an informal late bar into Sheffield’s foremost independent club space. DQ’s rise was fueled by a group of young, independent-minded promoters, keen to host parties in a space not sullied by the lowest common denominator commercialism that had blighted so much of the Sheffield club scene. From Suckerpunch to Club Pony, Threads to Bigger Than Barry we’ve got all the bases covered. Artists including Toddla T, DJ Zinc, Fake Blood, Sinden, Arctic Monkeys, Elite Force, Boy 8 Bit, Martelo, James Zabiela, The Rascals, Crystal Castles and many more inbetween have graced the boards of our little club. It is Sheffields best and most loved independent Venue.
